More men having cosmetic surgery
The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons have released new figures that reveal that the number of men having cosmetic surgery in the UK is increasing.The stats revealed that the number of male patients increased by seven per cent and that men now account for ten per cent of all cosmetic surgery procedures carried out in the UK.
The rise has been linked with the increase in male celebrities openly undergoing procedures, with Wayne Rooney having a hair transplant and Boris Becker a facelift in the last several years.
Along with hair transplants and facelifts, rhinoplasty and male breast reduction are also popular surgeries for men.
