Synopsis
Carol qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1991 and specialised in caring for terminally ill patients, for 10 years.
Recognising the need for high standard in this specific area, she studied and qualified as an NVQ Assessor in Health and Social Care, delivering training and guidance to Healthcare Assistants.
In 2001 Carol opened her own beauty clinic and began practicing within the medical aesthetics industry, during this time she also trained as a beauty therapist to enhance her skincare knowledge and expertise.
Over the past six years, she has worked as a Aesthetic Practitioner for a number of health and beauty organisations and was a trainer for Q-Med, one of the leading manufacturers within the aesthetic industry, delivering one-to-one training in dermal fillers to Doctors and Nurses.
Carol possesses a validation by Allergan, the manufacturers of Botox™ as an experienced practitioner.
In 2007, she attended Huddersfield University and gained 30 points at Masters Level, as a Nurse Independent Prescriber.
Carol has worked for Surgicare since 2008.
