The Role of Your Patient Coordinator
Our patient coordinators are one of the first people that you will speak to when you contact SurgiCare. Their extensive knowledge will ensure that they can answer all your questions and take good care of you throughout your journey. All of our team of coordinators are friendly and approachable and they understand that the decision to have surgery is not one to be taken lightly.
When you come for your consultation you will first meet with your co-ordinator who will help you complete the medical questionnaire and chat through what will happen during your consultation. They will be able to show you before and after photographs are other people who have undergone the procedure you are interested in.
After your consultation your co-ordinator will be there to make sure you have understood everything that was discussed.
If you choose to go-ahead with surgery your co-ordinator will arrange a time and date that fits in with you and will keep in regular contact until you date of surgery.
Your coordinator will be your point of contact, to support you and answer any questions you can call them at anytime.
