Mr. Kesava Reddy Mannur
Mr Mannur is an experienced Upper gastrointestinal surgeon with extensive experience in advanced laparoscopic surgery including weight loss surgery.
He was trained in surgery at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff; Lister Hospital, Stevenage; Royal London Hospital, London and the Middlesex Hospital, London. He set up department of surgery at Mediciti Hospital, a major hospital in Hyderabad, India during 1995 – ’97. He is a consultant Surgeon at Homerton University Hospital & the Royal London Hospital (NHS) and at London Independent Hospital, The London Clinic (Private).
He has been performing Laparoscopic surgery since 1990 and obesity surgery since 1998. He attended numerous Laparoscopic obesity centres in France, Belgium, Holland & USA/ workshops/conferences and improved technique by spending some time with Leading Bariatric Surgeons In US - Prof Gagner in Newyork and Dr Higa and Dr Boone in Fresno, California. He regularly attends International and national Obesity conferences.
He regularly performs and trains surgeons in Laparoscopic obesity surgery – Gastric Banding, Gastric RNY Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy, Duodenal switch and Revisional obesity surgery - both in the NHS (Homerton) and private sector (London Independent Hospital)
