Thread Veins

I have really bad thread veins on my nose and cheeks. I am really self-conscious of them. Makeup doesn’t seem to cover them and I wondered if there is anything I can do to help and ideally, avoid them coming back?

Thread veins on the face can be effectively treated with a laser.

The treatment is safe, effective and well tolerated. For those people who are suffering from the condition known as rosacea, using a sunscreen and avoiding trigger factors such as tea, coffee, spicy foods and alcohol can be helpful.

I have recently undertaken a course of radiotherapy, after suffering from breast cancer. I have terrible marks around my chest and neck area and wondered if there is anything I can do or use to help with making them less apparent.

The marks that result from radiotherapy are fine telangicetasia (thread veins). They can be quickly and easily removed with a KTP laser, boosting confidence without any risk.
