In March 2005 Sarah Jane had breast implants – taking her from a 34AA to a 34C – at SurgiCare clinic in Manchester. She works in customer service and lives in Warrington with fiancé Stuart, 27.
“I’ve always had small boobs and always hated them. When I was 14, a boy had a crush on said to me “If you didn’t have fingers, would you wear gloves” When I said I wouldn’t he replied; “ Well, why do you wear a bra then?” I was devastated.

By the time I was 16, I’d decided to have a boob job, I had surgery two years ago and I cried when I first saw them – I was made up. To be able to fill a bra and to have a cleavage was an amazing feeling. Since then, my boobs have naturally got a little bigger and now they’re a size 34DD which I’m thrilled about.

The operation cost £3500 but it was worth it. I’d always wanted to do modelling but never felt confident enough before. Now I love being in front of a camera and I’m full of self belief. I’ve no regrets. My new boobs are my babies and I adore them.
