How much weight will I lose after weight loss surgery?
Everyone is individual and there are a lot of factors that affect how much weight you will lose for example your starting weight, your dietary choices, and your activity levels. On average you can expect to lose around 60% of your excess weight, however you could lose 100%. Obviously the healthier your food choices the more weight loss you will see, the same applies to your activity levels. Remember the weight loss surgery is only part of your journey and you do have to work with it.
How long will the weight loss take after my weight loss surgery procedure?
